– Master of Fine Arts (MFA) or equivalent in Music, Art, or a related field
– 2-5 years of teaching experience (preferably in school or college settings)
– Excellent communication skills and a flair for managing creative events
– A passion for developing engaging lesson plans and fostering artistic talents
